Sudbury Elms Residents’ Association

Sudbury Elms Residents’ Association (SERA) was formed  in March 2011 to represent the residents of three streets - Elms Court , Elms Gardens and Elms Park Avenue - in the Sudbury Ward of the London borough of Brent.

The aim of SERA is to be the voice of the residents in all issues that affect our area and our quality of life. In particular , our major aim was to restore the former allotment site situated in Elms Gardens /  Elms Court into an allotment  site / wildlife sanctuary / communal garden. After discussions with  Brent Council about this , we have been given  approximately half the site for a 7-year period and have created 21 plots for use by local people together with  an area for future community functions once it’s been developed.    We will update this website with future developments as they arise - these will be shown on the “Latest News” page.
